- How does the free trial work?
- You get 14 days with everything switched on. Set up your company, load a real client and do real inspections. Subscribe when you're ready; if you don't, nothing is charged and your account becomes read-only: you can still see and download everything, and your clients can still see their certificates.
- Can you load our existing clients for us?
- Yes, free. Send us your Excel registers and last year's certificates from inside Loadmark. We turn them into an import file with each machine's last inspection date, so reminders start working straight away.
- What counts as an inspector?
- Anyone who signs certificates on the phone app. Office staff are free, and so are your clients. R297 covers up to 3 inspectors; each one on top is R50 a month. Add an inspector at any time: Loadmark shows the new monthly total and changes your PayFast subscription for you.
- How do I pay?
- By card through PayFast, billed monthly. With 5 or more inspectors you can also pay yearly and get 2 months free. You can cancel any time: you keep full use until the end of the period you've paid for, then your records stay available read-only.
- Do my clients pay anything?
- No. The client portal, certificates and reminders are free for your clients. Only the inspection company pays.
- What happens to our data if we stop?
- Your account becomes read-only. Certificates and inspection records stay available to you and your clients for at least 12 months, and you can download audit packs and invoices at any time. We never delete anything without 30 days' notice by email. The regulations require you to keep inspection records, so download a copy before you go.
